A focus on assets under development: 5One Central in Singapore

Insights October 25th 2020 in

For 5One Central, Singapore – a stunning commercial building in the bustling Bras Basah district – Chelsfield partners with renown environmentalist artist Lisa Roet.

Lisa Roet will soon unveil a sustainability-themed art installation that supports The Wildlife Conservation – a ten-metre-high monkey sculpture that will hug 5One Central’s 11 storey’s façade from early 2021.

The inflatable monkey sculpture has been seen around the world as a mean to raise awareness of the deforestation and the extinction of species.

“Forests are a natural wonder of the world and have such a diverse ecosystem and [my artwork] is a symbol of some of the issues plaguing these vast forests.” – Lisa Roet, environmental artist.

* In June 2021, 5One Central was renamed Lazada One by its new anchor tenant Lazada.
