This building, which is leased in its entirety to Valentino and situated on rue Saint-Honoré – a luxury shopping destination, second only in Paris to avenue Montaigne – formed part of the original portfolio but was sold in late 2018 achieving excellent investment returns. Chelsfield continued to asset manage the property on behalf of the buyer until late 2019, when they set up their own Management office in Paris.
