Chelsfield acquired the Wentworth Club to revitalise the brand and create additional value through its peripheral land ownerships. A structured approach to financing and development transformed Wentworth into an internationally recognised professional golf venue. The addition of a gym, tennis courts, spa and crèches created a lifestyle destination for families.
