A complex and contentious project which achieved success through an exemplary Whitfield Partners masterplan respecting the Cathedral and creating a place to enjoy for office users and the public.
The Square was essentially three projects run together, with the three main buildings going up side by side, forcing the contractors to invent innovative solutions. Tenants include the London Stock Exchange, Goldman Sachs and CBRE.
