Westminster County Council have resolved to grant planning permission for the redevelopment of the Park Lane Mews Hotel and neighbouring residential properties.
The new luxury hotel will have 44 rooms with an average room size of 35m², 15 residential apartments including a substantial penthouse, together with a restaurant of around 100 covers.
