An innovative masterplan by Terry Farrell and a commitment to excellence attracted bluechip brands like Marks and Spencer and Orange. Residential buildings by Munkenbeck and Marshall and PKS have created a diverse new community. A remarkable turnaround for a difficult location - the project has brought the area adjacent to Paddington Station to life.
