A complicated listed building, where war damaged courtyards were transformed into vibrant, social spaces. The phased redevelopment was designed by Foster & Partners, with spacious open plan layouts which achieved an “Excellent” BREEAM rating.
Phasing of the development and close collaboration with the Treasury allowed staff to continue working throughout the project and enabled a seamless transition into the new space.
