Chiswick Park is an idea led place. The “Enjoy-Work” brand and innovative site wide services have led to Chiswick Park being voted the best place to work in Europe. This is reflected by rental levels which are higher than anywhere outside central London.
The project is run like a hotel, with added value services and goods supplied to tenants to enhance their businesses.
Chiswick set new standards for quality, service and marketing. Designed by the Richard Rogers Partnership, the four to twelve story buildings are surrounded with landscaping of the highest quality.
