Located at the heart of Belgravia, the site consists of 25 flats, five mews houses, five town houses (including Chesham house) and a private garden. It is one of the first super luxury residential developments and set record levels for residential accommodation.
Chelsfield paid £48.5 million for the estate. When complete, the development was valued at £144 million.
