It is pro-active in consultations with members of the public in exploring concerns as to environmental impacts and developing solutions appropriate to the local neighborhood and wider areas. Members of its Board enjoy reputations in insisting on and procuring pre-eminent design and building disciplines emphasising the beneficial creation of public space to enhance the environment.
As well as developments activity Chelsfield Partners LLP also takes an asset management role where these disciplines can be carried forward in the improvement of the environmental aspects of developed buildings. All relevant laws and regulations are complied with and an experienced team works closely with consultants and professionals to ensure compliance throughout all stages of a development. Environmental impacts are closely monitored at all stages.
