Value comes from creating places: living, thriving, sustainable communities. Excellent design – in masterplanning, place making, architecture, landscaping, and branding – turns good spaces into great places. Chiswick Park exemplifies this and it’s a philosophy we’re applying to Park Lane Mews.

Every project is part of a neighbourhood, a district, a city, a region. Creating a 'village green' with the social benefits of schools and public spaces turns developments into real places. This builds healthier communities, reduces crime and improves education. As we did at Broadgate and as we are doing at Camden Market.

As well as finance, we bring management expertise, experience and knowledge to bear in working with talented management teams. We turn property propositions into thriving businesses, as we did at Stratford City and as we are doing with our current corporate investments.
